Awareness Week 2019: Callum
[Denise] On behalf of Callum, 7:
What does living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus (SB/H) mean to you? (Or your child?)
'It means he faces challenges everyday and has to think about every choice he makes more than most people, but so far the strength he has shown makes us proud everyday.'
If you could make people aware of 1 thing related to SB/H, what would it be?
'That every child born with sb/h is different and there's a lot more than the physical challenges they face to overcome.'
What is your dream for the future?
'I hope that Callum will continue to live his life with the positive attitude he has and keep bringing the joy he brings to everyone he meets.'
